I am a storyteller. It started when I was 3—my parents took our family of 6 on a sabbatical to some of the most remote places in the world. These moments were seared into my memory and would inform how I perceived experiences from age 3, on—normalcy was the enemy; people and their stories were the gift.
Fast forward past college and magazine editor jobs at Outside and Skiing magazines when I traveled across the globe as a freelance journalist for Outside, National Geographic Adventure, Skiing, Shape, Yahoo! and many more.
In that time, I learned what mattered to people and why. I learned how to use language to connect, and how to translate highly personal stories into universal truths that made people feel something deeply.
After years of telling other people’s stories, I wanted to have a deeper impact so I began training brands on how to use storytelling in a strategic way to engage and resonate with their audiences. That led to creating complex branded content programs and athlete stories for Toyota, Twitter, several Olympics projects for NBC, MSNBC, Aetna, MapQuest, Competitor Group, and more.
Now I help high-achieving entrepreneurs, athletes, and brands craft a powerful personal story, clearly defined messaging and a sustainable business that allows them to stand out, create powerful partnerships and become the master narrator of their life and brand.

How do I sign up?
I believe in chemistry, and to make sure we’re a great fit (I’m sure we are!), we need to chat, face to face. Book a call here ASAP to hop on a free 20-minute discovery call where I tell you about the program, ask you a few questions, and give you space to ask me anything. By the end of the call, you’ll know what to expect, what’s involved, and the outcomes you can depend on. Book a call now as my times fill up quickly!
What happens after I sign up?
First, you’ll receive an invoice and online payment options along with a contract. Once that’s received, you’ll receive a welcome email with all sort of exciting details including how to book in your 8 calls, login details for the training modules and coordinated worksheets, and reminders for upcoming events.
How many people do you work with at a time?
Depending on other projects going on (I also have a group program and content projects going on at most times), I can be working with 2-10 entrepreneurs and athletes at a time. Because my 1-on-1 program is customized to fit your timing, you will be assured that my time with you is 100% focused on getting you the biggest and most powerful outcomes possible, in the shortest amount of time.
What if I decide I’d like to stop the program?
I’m confident this will not happen as we work hard to get you successes quickly in the program, but life happens! So, if the need arises, all clients receive a 14-day grace period to cancel their purchase and receive a complete refund.
Can friends, family, or co-workers attend the live coaching sessions?
We know you likely don’t operate alone, so we encourage you to bring team members who are aligned with the same brand story and messaging goals. Our only ask is that another entrepreneur not join you as they have a different set of personal needs than you do, and we want to be sure they get as much attention as you do! If you do know of any entrepreneurs who are mired in doubt and messaging confusion, please send them our way! We’d love to chat with them.
What happens at the end of the 8-week program?
Great question! First, we like to have a short grace period where you let the learnings sink in. Then, after that, we have an ongoing monthly program we offer our existing clients to make sure you feel supported in your journey ahead. The offering will be shared as you enter your final weeks of the program. Most entrepreneurs say yes as our work together can be addicting! And, as results start to come in, we’ve found entrepreneurs like to have someone to work through challenges, and bounce ideas off of to help navigate next steps with grace.
